The gathering honored the memory of the over six million lives lost during the Holocaust, featuring moving stories shared by survivors and their families, who paid tribute to victims, survivors, and liberators. A special tribute was made to the late Amnon Weinstein, founder of Violins of Hope, adding to the evening’s emotional impact. The event, which took place at the Harrison Theatre and was supported by the Birmingham Jewish Foundation and Samford University, brought the community together in a powerful moment of reflection and remembrance.
